He also suggested grazing, eating at regular times before I'm hungry. I'll get there. Of course now I'm craving ice cream. :-)Doughttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11270813381411749788noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1841572872090404396.post-15846999810075948602010-04-21T08:16:56.744-07:002010-04-21T08:16:56.744-07:00"my pee is closer to beer than Miller Light i..."my pee is closer to beer than Miller Light is"

Nice.

About 5 years ago, my dad gave up his nightly ice cream before bed. Nothing else, nada. About 6-12 MONTHS later, he started dropping weight so fast that people wondered if he was sick. Then he reached his "new" weight and stopped. He's been that way ever since.

My point is - it's almost as though his body waited a while just to MAKE SURE it didn't need that fat it had worked so hard to store up. And when it was really convinced it didn't need it, his body finally gave up and said, "fine, I'll get rid of it."

Maybe your body is hanging on just to MAKE SURE you're not dicking it around.

So maybe just be happy with the way you look and feel, be patient, etc. Your body will probably adjust if needs to.

Just a thought.Patrick Foleyhttp://pfoley.comnoreply@blogger.com
